COUPLE OF QUESTIONS ...
1- I've look everywhere in the game and in the internet. I don't have a gameshark o are non of that to do cheats. I need from someone to tell me how can you find all the tickets to catch Mew, ho-oh, celebi, Lugia, jirachi, deoxys, etc. PLEASE someone tell me fast. I'm dying to know the answer. I hope someone could tell me what I'm looking for without any game sark etc.
2- How can you get moltres, zapdos and articuno?
3- how can you get entei, raicou and the other one?

You can't get most of those Pokemon without cheating nowadays. (or trading with someone who has one and will give it to you)
But there are ways to get some of them.
You can obtain Ho-oh from Pokemon Colosseum (Gamecube) and trade it to your Pokemon game. (You need to catch and purify every Pokemon in the game to do it)
Lugia can be caught in Pokemon XD (Gamecube), and purified by filling up all the purify chambers with strong purifier (a fast tempo) Pokemon and have each chamber full with a Pokemon being purified, switch one out with Lugia and it will purify immediately. Then trade it to yourself.
You can get Jirachi by purchasing a copy of Pokemon Channel for Gamecube and playing the game entirely through until you meet Jirachi. (this is a young children's game, so it is not taxing) Jirachi will then come to your house and befriend you. You will then be able to migrate Jirachi to a copy of Ruby or Sapphire that has beaten the elite four.
2. You may obtain all three from Pokemon Leaf Green or Fire Red.
3. You may obtain Entei, Raikou or Suicune from either Leaf Green or Fire Red and trade it to yourself. (you obviously need two gameboys and either 2 wireless link adapters which only work with leaf fire and emerald, or a gamelink cable...)
You may also get all three by playing Pokemon Colosseum and snagging them from the three elite trainers, purifying them and trading them to your game. (I believe you need to trade them to Ruby or Sapphire only)

Unless you trade you have to go to a nintendo event. These are found in REAL LIFE.

You get Mew in faraway island withe old sea map
Hooh and Lugia on navel rock with the mystic ticket
Deoxys on birth islan with the aurora ticket
Those three are on emerla d only accessible by gameshark codes sindce the nintendo events are extinct
and for the other listen to the guy on top
