Could someone please help me to get to the sky piller. Where is it?? Thnx in advance

Defeat the Elite Four, and then fly to Paciflidog Town. Surf right of it, and keep to the top of the screen near the rocks. Soon you will see an opening in the rocks, go through it and follow the trail. You will get to the sky pillar in which Rayquaza is lurking.

You don't have to beat the elite four. After you stop all the bad stuff in sootoplis you can get it.

East of pacifidlog, have a Pokemon above level 70, bring max repels, a Pokemon with surf and a mach bike
