Feebas

I can not find Feebas, I know what route it is on but I can't find it and I don't know what people mean by "tiles".

The tiles rumour is where Feebas only appears in certain patches of water, and I think there are 5 titles in which it appears. I've never believed it really.

Just keep fishing on route 119 with a super rod, it may take a long time but eventually you'll find it.

If you need more info, find the 'Feebas walkthrough' on this website, written by cyberjohn.

Tiles?
Ignore that stuff.
There are six sections of river/lake along the route (110? fortree-mauville). Feebas might migrate to a different section depending on which trendy phrase you tell Walter(the trendy phrase guy).Sections can be separated by waterfalls (I think).

Note: I have not yet caught a Feebas yet.
