Were do you find SHINY POKEMON & were could you encounter Todile without cheats & finishing the Pokedex I heard some pepole have incounter"d it but were & what is that scaner for you find in the ship besides giveng it. 1 last ? Were do you find Celebi

Dude, Without cheating you have a 1 in a 8192 chance of finding a shiny. After you have caught all 202 HOENN Pokemon then prof.birch will ring you on the pokenav. Next you go talk to him and you get to choose from a lvl 5 Chikorita,Totodile,or Cyndaquil.GET THE SCANNER ON THE SHIP (BETWEEN DEWFORD TOWN AND SLATEPORT CITY ON THE WATER) AND TAKE IT TO ONE OF THE DOCKS (SLATEPORT DOCK OR LILYCOVE DOCK) AND TALK TO THE DUDE. HE WILL TRADE YOU EITHER A DEEPSEA SCALE OR A DEEPSEA TOOTH.YOU CHOOSE. AND FINALY, YOU CAN'T GET CELEBI WITHOUT TRADING OR CHEATING.

KH2_MAD!!! Is right. Without using a cheat device, there is a 1/8192 chance that when you encounter a wild Pokemon, it will be a different color, and have a glow when it hits the field. It can also be called a "shiny" pokemon. Rite now my shinies are: crobat, zubat, (not cloned) wingull, tentacool, exploud, and flygon. If you find one, you should try to capture it, especially a legendary.

I tottaly agree with the two above me. It's VERY hard to catch a shinie. I only have one after playing for about 7 months. THATS how hard it is.

I only have 2 shinies afetr a year there is lony a 1/8192 chance of seeing one, that's y it's sooo rare
