Trade a hitmonchan or hitmonlee from fr/lg from the fighting dojo in saffron city and then breed it with a diito to get a tyrogue and then to get a hitmonchan make the defense higher than the attack before it evolves at level 20 by use of irons and then evolve it at level 20 for a himonchan. For a himonlee make the attack higher than the defense by use of proteins so it will evolve into a hitmonlee. For a hitmontop the attack and the defense has to be exactly equal at level 20 when it eveolves
