deoxys and jirachi

Well, since there are no more Nintendo Events left for them, I would say either to get a Gameshark or Action Replay. Maybe if you're super lucky you stumble on a glitch and they'll appear, but it's not likely.

Latios master might be right so sincev there is no more nintendo events for them you should just use the gs or ar to get the aurora ticket for deoxys and get Pokemon colleseum and get jirachi on the US bonus disk and trade it to the game.

Use a cheating device such as the Action Replay or the Gameshark, and use the Encounter codes necessary to encounter them.

You could alternatively visit a Nintendo Event (which supposedly costs a lot of money, but I can't confirm that it does) and have them download the items necessary to find Jirachi and Deoxys.

It's up to you which to choose, but as far as my knowledge extends, there is no other way to obtain them.

You can go to a nintendo event or use AR/Game Shark. But I know a way to obtain Jirachi without cheating, but you need to buy Pokemon Channel. You will also need a Nintendo Gamecube and a link cable for the Gamecube and GBA. You can't connect the Nintendo DS to the Gamecube so if you don't have some of this stuff it'll probably be easier to go with cheating. But this is how I got Jirachi on Pokemon Ruby and it's really easy. It says on the title screen of Pokemon Channel, a game involving you and your pet pikachu watching TV and travelling about, and you just click on the panel and it will tell you to hook up your gamecube to your GBA and there you go, you can trade Jirachi from Pokemon Channel. It's Lv.5. As for Deoxys, a Nintendo Event or AR/Gameshark is the only way.

For Deoxys you need the aurora ticket for him,i think you can get that by action replay or game shark!! For Jirachi you need a nintendo game tube sooo!! I hope it help ^^
