Question for Pokemon Emerald

Ok, I read somewher that when you complete the whole pokedex, (which I have with this special Pokemon AR) that proffesor oak will call you on the pokenav and tell you that you are 1 of the few that have completed the dex and will send you to the kanto region, which everything is locked, that you battle ash and gary. Has this happened to any of you?

I've also heard that rumour but sorry, The reason it is called a rumour is because it doesn't exist... I've caught 386 Pokemon too...

In all my days and months of playing Pokemon, I have never heard anything like that. That sounds and looks most certainly fake and unreal. However, if you complete your National Dex, you will be able to pick one out of the three Kanto starters. If you complete the Hoenn Dex, you can pick out of the Johto starters.

I've heard this rumour and I seriously doubt it because then a lot of people would be going to kanto because I have all 386 and prof oak never called me on the pokenav so it is one big fake
