Could someone plz tell me how to get all of the special maps and charts that you need to get to the special islands and other places, and with great detail, thx

They are only obtainable through events that ended long ago or by using an action replay, which is the only current way of getting these items like the Old Sea Chart and the Eon Ticket.

You can only get these from Special Nintendo Events, but they have already ended. The other way is by cheating like using a Codebreaker, Gameshark, or Action Replay.
