1. Cacnea evolves into Cacturn on level 32
2. Chinchou evolves into Lanturn on level 27
3. Golbat evolves into Crobat when it likes and you level it up
4. Grimer evolves into Muk on level 38.

I belive that you level up Chinchou, Grimer, and Cacnea for them to evolve (80% positive) and to make golbat evolve it has to like you. The more it like you the sooner it will evolve.

Alright, I will help you out, no problem. For your first question about Cacnea, this Pokemon evolves into Cacturn when he grows into a certain level. So as you can see, you need to level him up so he can evolve. If you train your Cacnea till he is on level 32, then he should evolve into a Cacturn. For your second question, the solution to your problem is the exact same as the first. Chinchou evolves by you leveling him up to a certain level. So, if you want to Chinchou to evolve into Lantern, then level him up to level 27. For your Third question, leveling up Grobat will not work on him like it does the two previous Pokemon. In order for Grobat to evolve into a Crobat, his happiness level must be at the highest possible level. After you loves you more than life it self, he will evolve. Tog et him to like you easier than be nice to him, use potions on Crobat, feed him vitamins and minerals such as Protein, Carbos, or Iron and do not let him faint in battle. Do this, and he will evolve in no time. For your forth question, Grimer is the like the first two Pokemon, he evolves by growing to a certain level. Raise him to level 38 and he will evolve.
