On the route to Slateport City and Mossdeep City theres a dive spot, dive into it and there will be a room with braille, don't let that stop you. Just go to the end of the room where there is braille and it reads 'dig'. Dig there and go to the next room. Go forward again and read the braille. Put a Relicanth at the last slot of your Pokemon party and a Wailord in the front (or vise - versa, I havent done this in a while). Go to the next room and read the braille, a loud rumble will be heard in the distance and leave the cave. Go to the route leading from Fourtree City to Lilycove City and there is Registeel. Go to the desert at the bottom to find Regirock. Last but not least, go north of Dewford Town to find Regice.
