What if you release rayquaza and instead you had a Missingo on your team does that mess your game up.

I don't exactly get what you mean, but, there are 4 types of MissingNo.s in emerald; the double questionmark one which I don't know if it will mess up your game, the one that looks like a questionmark in a circle which causes various glitches but shouldn't harm your game as long as you don't save, the infamous BadEgg which could really screw your game up perminantly, and ShinyHack which can do the same thing unless used properly. I hope that answered your question. I don't know what it has to do with Rayquaza though.
