Yes, you can get a Meditite in Pokemon Emerald version. You can find them in the grassy areas of Mount Pyre. The mountain where people from all over the world come and show their respects for the dead pokemon.

You can only get Meditite in Pokemon Ruby Version. It is not found in Emerald.
