In mosdeep city what is the rocket for? Is it for jirachi? Because my friend said when it reaches 100 you go to the moon and catch Jirachi

Ok yes to 100 lanches that is true but the jirachi part it can be Jirachi or Deoxys
For the hundreth time, no. The only way to obtain Jirachi is by a Nintendo Event. The Mossdeep Space Centre doesn't have to do with any Pokemon, not Deoxys, nor Jirachi. The Space Centre's Rocket is just an attraction I guess.
PS: If you don't believe me about the Rocket thing, the rocket launches on my game is currently 134, and no Pokemon.

No, you can not get Jirachi or Deoxys on the moon. I once thought you could, and I kept checking for the count to be at 100, but it did not launch to the moon so I could catch either of them. Now my count is 119, so to answer your question again, no. To get either of them you have to take part in a Pokemon event or use a cheating device.

Not true. I even used my AR to skip to that launch. And still nothing. It's just a rumor

Mine is 9999 now I don't know if it is a glitch or anything but mine is 9999 already I don't think it's true I only got my deoxys by an nintendo event!!!

PS: I don't know if my game is messed up or anything but the first time I talked to the man in the rocket station it was 9999 successful rocket launches.
I have been working on this theory for a very long time and I still think the moon thing is possible,I only have 9 launches, but still.
The only way you can get jirachi is from cheat,nintendo event or the Pokemon colloseum bonus disk
We can obtain jirachi after getting all gold symbols defeating steven and cating the rayquaza, groudon,kyogre and (latias or latios0anyone and you can get to rayquaza

This is not true.. Deoxies can only be found on birth island where we should solve some kind of triangle puzzle and I still donnow how to catch jirachi
