I'm trying to get a kingra, I already have a seadra bt I can't get a stupid scale any help?

You can keep catching Horsea like brandon2ko suggested, but there is only a 5% chance of it holding one OR you can transfer one from Fire Red or Leaf Green.

To have it. Your going to 1# find someone that has it and trade. 2# You have no choice but to dive and find a horsea like that dude said. Srry man!

Catch many Bagons in Meteor Falls. Some of them hold a Dragon Scale. Then, if you don't know how to evolve Seadra into Kingdra, Trade it with another Gameboy Advance.
