I already got my my stay gift but I don't know where is it and how do I open it

You mean Mystery gift? Well to open it you save your game, turn it off and back on, and look under continue on the main menu, and you should see it.

To get mystery gift you need to find a pokemart and find a piece of paper on the counter and on that piece of paper,put the words LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL
