OK when you have the Mythrill of the tool you want you wait till winter go to the mine in the lake. Then use the mining technique that fits you best and dig all the way to the level you want and dig up all the spots until you find the tool.

C.Hoe Level 39 Have Carter bless it 10 times
C.Axe Level 49 Use 225 times
C.Hammer Level 59 Equip 10 days straight

C.Sickle Level 79 Equip 10 days straight
But every time I go down the mine I can't seem to find the cursed hoe which is in lvl 39 I dug the whole 39th floor and still not there help I only got the cursed fishing rod which is now blessed
