I think it's just a thing that she gives you. As far as I've found out it doesn't have much of a use, but you can't throw it away or give it back.
I'm not sure but I think you can give it to her on her birthday (summer3) like karen
You can't give it to her (she'll just talk) and you can't get rid of it.. So it's of no use
