I know that if you are married for 50 years you get a mountain cottage. But how do you get the beach house? I also know you need to get connectivity stars? What are those. And I heard I needed an GameCube? Can't I just stay married for 100 years or something? Please help!

Every time you link to the gamecube game, Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, you get connectivity stars, and if you get them all you get the seaside cottage.
No, you have to connect with the GameCube version, A Wonderful Life. To get connectivity stars, simply connect your with a GameCube.
