Simply marry your bride of choice and, a few seasons later, your wife will go to the doctor one day and the doc says she is pregnant(you'd think she'd have noticed, y'know?)
Keep your wife at the maximum number of hearts, and after a season she'll complain that she isn't feeling well. You automatically arrive at the Hospital and the Doctor tells both of you that she's pregnant.
