Well on her b-day give her a present and maybe just maybe she might like you more.
Make sure you remember her birthday (fall 15 or fall 23 if thats your b/d) give her some popcorn, wine or french fries give her 2.
Also when I had her at a green heart she invited me to Starry Night with her and her family. MAKE SURE YOU GO!!!!! and her heart level will automatically increase one colour.

Watch the fireworks festival and go to mothers peak on Full Moon Festival at about 8:00 and she'll be there already.
