Give whichever harvest sprites you want a bag of flour every day, and about every other day their affection level will increase by one.
When they are at about three or four, you can play with them and ask them for work.
You can give as much as you like to them.
If you fill your rucksack(the kind that holds 8 items and another one in your hands) with flower and give it all to one HS, then he should like you one heart more.
When he gets three hearts with you, you can play with hum and get him to work on your farm.
