This Kappa, is really not a person but something lke a green little monster thingy.This Kappa is a male I think. You can see him in the lake mine in Mother's Hill(if you don't know where the lake mine is just check the world map when you press start).You can see him by throwing 10 cucumbers(1 for each day) down the lake or the water.
