Question for Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town

Does playing mini-games with the harvest sprites increase their affection towards you?

Also, how many hearts do the harvest sprites need before they can work? Please help I'm confuzzled!

Their affection towards you isn't raised.
They need three or more hearts before they work for you.

The ability that you practiced with the mini game gets raised, not affection and when you don't work the harvest sprites they don't lose much affection. my suggestion is to raise people in winter after taking care of the animals

The sprites needs 3 hearts before they work for you

When you employ harvest sprites for animal help, is there a way to get them to turn milk/wool/eggs into cheese/yarn/mayo and ship them as these, so you can earn a higher profit? (I already have all the machines)

(why am i awnsering this after 4 years?and i probably wont come over here again) no,dont ask me "why",they just dont(one of the bad parts about this game) so this means:they are unseless working with animals,and YOU HAVO TO KEEP BRUSHING AND TALKING TO THE ANIMALS,becuse for some reasson,the sprites dont raise their affection to you(as far as i have read on the internet)so good thing to do:raise the sprites affection on watering and harvesting,so yeah just put some "bullet hell" of seeds and put like,4-6 on watering and 2-4 on harvesting.so when there's a big harvest coming,you call them and you will be just fine!
