1. Form Zack, go to Won's Shop on the Beach between 11:00am to 1:00pm. He will give it to you.

2. You can't get (P) tools, but you get (P) wool/yarn, milk/cheese/, and eggs/mayo. Leave your Gold produceing animal outside for 25 straight days and nights, put a fence around them made out of stone or wood, check every day to see if they have (P) milk, eggs, wool. 3. Try seeing her black heart event, and going to the goddess pond:
HEART EVENT
Go to Doug's Inn between 10:40am and 1pm. Ann will give you free food and she will be embarressed when her dad says she would like it if you come back often.
GODDESS POND
Throw 10 flowers into the pond for 10different days (1 flower per day) and she will ask you what girl you like, 10 more flowers and she will give you a power berry, 10 more she will give you white grass. SHe will give you white gras every time after that.
She likes: Truffle Rice, Cake, Cheese Fondu, Pancakes
Birthday: Summer 17 ( if yours is the 17th of summer then hers will be changed to Summer 22)

To get the fishing pole on the first year (spring) got zack,s place at the beach several times o a sunny day and talk to him. There will be an event and he gives you the fishing pole. Try going out then coming in again there will be another event with karen, do it again and an event with popuri occurs.
If you want to get ann, stop/ refrain from giving other girls stuffs for a while. If there's a girl (except ann) in town who has a blue, green, yellow, or purple heart it means she is way ahead of ann in terms of heart level. This may be the reason why you could not get ann to like you. Try giving that girl stuffs that she hates, don't worry if her heart level drops down a bit. You said you liked ann, didn't you?
