1. You have to sell 50 green grass to get the clinic to sell turbojolt XL.
2. You have to sell 50 blue grass to get the clinic to sell Dodigizer Xl.
3. You can fish for Pirate treasure in the sea during summer with a blessed or mythic rod. ( but if you get mythic it increases your chances of getting it.)
