You need to take care of your chicken, it might hate a while.
You take care of them by feedding them everyday and you have to thow them
Once your puppy is grown up (this is optional to do) put your chicken in a spot where a wild dog won't able to get. If you put your chicken in the sun they will like you more, but if it rain and you don't put your chicken away back in the coop by noon they will be unhappy. So just put them outside.
