When you become a friend of Carter's (priest), you can get behind the church (through the back door). Zack will come in and say whatever he found. Carter gets very happy and will keep talking. After you do this, the door will be unlocked on the right. There you can find two truffles, a poison mushroom and a normal mushroom. In winter there is nothing.
