I have collected my cursed hoe and I equipped it and went 12 days and it didn't become blessed.
Can anyone tell me whether you need to use it every day for 10 days or whether it should just become blessed after this time.
Do I need to collect all the cursed tools before this will happen?

You have it wrong you don't have the hoe equipped for 10 days you have to have Carter bless it 10 times then it will be blessed.
The hammer and the sickle are the ones that need to be equipped for 10 days.
