Question for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

I'm in the Shrieking Shack. I got asked if I wanted to play Hermione or Harry and go to find Ron. I chose Hermione. I went through the passages, which wasn't very hard. And met up with Harry on the other end. The text says that they must be that way. Which was southwards. So we went through that door.

In there there is a switch, which I can't switch. Three waterfalls. The big one blinks every time I use lumos, but that might be just the game. Hermione froze the first little step but that's it. I can't seem to get past that point. No matter what I do.

Freezing the waterfalls doesn't work. And no matter what I hit the switch with it doesn't seem to change or change anything else in the game.

Please help.

Just go up to the switches and press 'A'

You need to go up to the first switch and press A. Once that is done one of the waterfalls will disappear.

You go into the wall behind it and go left up the stairs and go to the small platform that will raise you up to the next level.

Move downwards and you will go through a door. Once your through the door move left and you will see another switch. Press A and another waterfall will disappear.
