Question for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

I have done the freezing of the fountains but at the end of them there is a tube?

How do I get past?

Okay so you have to find the valve and turn on the water. So you go back if you havent turned off the water leaver do that. The go to the door its on the same platform Go through it and keep going avoiding the monsters.

There are three rooms. going from right to left. Go into the middle room and get the value then go to the room to the right which is the first room. It a path follow it till you can use the valve to turn on the water.

Hermione freezes it and then you cross it to pull the lever this should turn on the water.
