So far I have both right and left trident prongs, where can I find the last prong? I have looked at a couple of walk throughs and thay seem to leave that out, where can I find the last prong?

There is a tower just north of champa youll need 'sand' here, a tower east of daila, where you will need the seagod's tear. And a tower on the northernmost tip of tundaria (its the icy place on the very south of the map.) you will need drench to get there. It's at the bottom, but you need to go to the top to get the burst brooch to break it free. The burst brooch also helps you to free the huge boulder on the boatmast in alhafra.
(also, if you travel further west of the tower in tundaria, and run around for a bit in a blue spot with mountains all around, there is a wind djinni.
