I'm at magma rock and I used lift on that boulder but I don't know what to do after. (I went inside and I climbed up the side but a stump and a thing are blocking my way) PLEASE HELP.

You're supposed to go through Magma Rock by going inside (not climb from outside). You need the Pysnergy Lift to get that boulder out of your way. You can used Lift once Isaac and his party join your, so you can just ignore Magma Rock for a while until you have light Jupiter Lighthouse.
