Question for Golden Sun: The Lost Age

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got past the parts I was stuck on now I'm in airs rock to get reveal but I got stuck in a cave.

Now I'm at this part where 4 of these stones are like popping stones I step on the right one the one i stepped on goes down and one goes up.

I got to this rock where your supose to use whirlwind but 2 of the middle block me and again HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Move the rock things onto the white caps to deal with it
