Question for Golden Sun: The Lost Age

How do I get to magma rock and how do I get the third prong out of the cracked ice as well. As well as how do I get the flying boat.

The upper east area of the biggest continet, use the pyenergy burst, go to the big continet in the south area of the west sea, you have to beat the jupiter lighthouse


P.s. I just got to magma rock
