Poseidon isn't to hard to beat. Just use the Trident you have (hopefully) assembled on your first turn, then fight as if it were a normal battle.

Here's how I beat him.

I'd put all earth djinni on Felix, all fire djinni on Jenna, all wind djinni on Sheba and all water djinni on Piers.

If you've found all the djinni that I have found up to this point, you would have 4 earth, 3 water, 4 wind, and 5 fire.

Put all djinni on standby but 4 earth and 4 fire. This allows Felix to know Revive, and Jenna to know Healing Aura of Cool Aura.

On the first turn, use the Trident with Felix and use all your best summons. Don't use any of Felix's or Jenna's djinni. On your next turn, if anyone died, use revive and heal you party with Healing Aura.

Use Sheba and Piers' djinni, then summon more creatures!

That strategy only works if you have lots of djinni.
