How and where do you get the psynergys called lash, tremor and burst?

You get lash at Lemerian Temple (right bellow Dalia, the first town).

You get tremor at the Madrida Cave.

You get burst, WAY farther in the game, but if you get there, its at Tundra Tower.

P.S: you need the psyenergy parch for Tundra Tower which is at Aqua Rock
