If you win this one, the painter should run up to you and show you his picture and then askes you if it should go in the museum. SAY YES! then he goes to the museum and remembers to give you another ribbon.

Now you should have data for 2 really hard to find pokemon, a blue scarf, a Pokemon with 5 ribbons, and your Pokemon in the museum.
