Easily catch most Pokemon in Sapphire with this code. You may need a couple of tries still with some legendaries and a normal pokeball, but you should be able to get the job done with this easy catch cheat for Pokemon Sapphire.

Enter the following code in the cheat menu:

CBC3B8251600

Then just before you enter in battle, activate the code, you should then be able to throw any pokeball to catch any Pokemon. Deactivate the cheat once the Pokemon has been caught and remember to check for bad eggs before saving. Don't save the game if you have caught a bad egg.
