Go to Seafoam Islands to try to find Articuno

Go to One Island to try to find Mewtwo

You will still need to fix the time machine to get into the Unknown Dungeon and get Mewtwo.

Once you have used a teleport cheat you simply move through any door to go directly to where you want to go. Remember to deactivate it otherwise you will keep going back to the same place.
