A long time from now when you gain access to the islands there will be a man that will teach your Pokemon moves in return for 2 tiny mushrooms or 1 big mushroom (really he teaches your Pokemon moves you didn't allow them to learn, but it's worth it). You can find them on Paras or Paresect. Early in your adventure you enter Mt. Moon. Go into the first ladder you see, go up to the rocks, and press A at each one. You should find 1 tiny mushroom and two big mushrooms. There are more in Mt. Moon in rocks and you might find others with the itemfinder.
