Look ho-ho345 dude I have submitted the code for Lugia AND ho oh further down the page under the title Navel Rock OK!! Turn off your action replay when you get there you automaticly get teleported there.

Use the all poke balls cheat (someone else submitted) and run to the end of the cave running forward.

Go through ladders and you will come to Lugia (go down on the ladders) and ho-oh go up the ladders
