First have two, three or four Pokemon in your group that you want to copy(have them hold items that you want to copy also)go to the battle tower put them in the pc then save then take them out talk to the lady to the amount that you want to copy(single-3, double-4 team-2)then once it says to save say yes once then restart. AND YOU HAVE A COPY!
