To get jhoto starters you must get all the Pokemon of Hoeun on your pokedex then professer.Birch wil let you choose out of Chikorita Cyndaquil or Totodile.
To get Mew you must have the old seamap
To get Ho-oh and Lugia you need the aorora tickit
To get Deoxys you need the mysteriou ticket
These are only available througha vheating device or nintendo event.
