How to catch Latios and Latias without Master Balls

There are 3 simple steps to catch the Lati's!

1) Get a Pokemon that knows Mean Look and put it on the first slot. If you don't have a Pokemon that has Mean Look, go catch a Golbat in Victory Road. They have Mean Look.

2) Go to any PokeMart and buy everything you plan on catch the Lati's. Bring lots of Ultra Ball. I'd say about 25.

3) Now search your Pokedex and find either Latios or Latias. It will show you what route it's on. Now fly to the nearest town for that route.Go to that route and stay in grassy areas.

Hint: The Eon Pokemon might change routes. Good luck!
