You can find this path once you have beaten the elite 4. Go to the fossil maniacs house and go towards him talk to him(do notice that theres a cave entrance there) then go around him and he will tell you the cave he dug it then he says that theres nothing there don't listen to him. Well I first thought that this place was only good for catching lv 35 to 45 whismurs, loudreds and of course rare dittoes. But after that I read over the name again while I was walking I noticed something.

Remember that mirage tower how that fossil sunk under the desert well it must be under desert right well read the name again UNDER DESERT path. In other words it takes a long time (because you have to get from fallarbor to the desert) but once you make it to the end the fossil that sunk in to the ground is there so find your way out and then take it to devon and have fun.
