Where do you find laparas a in Pokemon silver?

Lapaeas is hiddin in a cave and you have to use surf to get to the pokemon not sure which cave sorry. Hope I helped

Lapras is in the same place on silver as he is in gold if uve played gold but if you don't know where I'm talking about I'll explain, to find lapras you must go to union cave, you come to a part where you go up stairs and in you a ladder but don't go that way, before the stairs turn around and there is water surf on the water to the other side, go down the ladder then you will find a trainer and more water go across the water to find another trainer and a ladder, go down the ladder then you come to a big open area there are about 2 - 3 trainers in here and lots of water and items, you surf down then to the land on the left go all they way down and you will find a little area of water surf in there and lapras should be there. If you talked to the trainer before you started surfing she will say the a Pokemon comes to the waters edge but not everyday or something like that so come back everyday to see if it's there... Just like on Mt. Moon Square where they say the cleffairy come out at night well it's true but only on monday I think but you need it to be dark and and you need rock smash and you find a moon stone under the rock the you smash...
