Question for Pokemon Crystal

How can I get the TM 50 from the guy sleeping and the Eon mail which is needed by the girl in the Goldenrod City? Please answer me thanks..

Once you get to Goldenrod, talk to the guard in the north gate and he'll give you a Spearow holding some mail that he wants you to give to that guy on Route 31. Give the guy the Spearow holding the mail and he'll give you TM50 (Nightmare).

As for the Eon Mail, you need to get it from Mystery Gift. There is no other way, without cheating, to get the Eon Mail.

1) One of the guys at one of the gatehouses (I think it's by Ecruteak) has a Spearow that has mail that you need to deliver to him. Once you give him the mail, he will give you TM 50.

2) Eon Mail can only be obtained via Mystery Gift. To do this, you need 2 Gameboy Colors, your Crystal version, and another Gold/Silver/Crystal cartridge that has it. O the top of the GBCs, there is a little blaack area. Line up the black areas on both GBC. Go do a Mystery gift, and if you're lucky, you will get an Eon Mail.
