If you don't set the time right at the beginning of the game you can't set it you can only set it back or forward 1 hour if you talk 2 your mom..

You should have set the time when you first started the game unless you restart a new game your stuck with wateva time you entered at the begining of the game.

Go to your mom during anytime of the day and she'll ask if it's day light saving's time (choose yes or no)

Restart the game that is the only way to set the time at the begining and cloning Pokemon may screw up the time

Get a gameshark and put this code in 010464CF
It's the clock sync screen from gold/silver. The way to get the password is different so you need a different generator to get the code, I can't find it xP. If you're really desperate then just deposit all your money to your mom, and guess the code.

First hold Down+Select+B.
While holding Select, release Down and B.
Still holding Select, now hold Left and Up.
Finally, release Select.
