Wat happens if I kill suicune in the one place I find him (i forgot name)? Will I still be able to catch it?

Not sure I don't think so, I would switch it off if I killed it for safe measurs, save your game everwhile.
yes you can if it is heart gold or soul silver just go to the burned tower after you beat the elite four
Yes you can. In Alpha Sapphire/Omega ruby.Go back to the Pokemon league. Defeat the elite four. Become champ again. And track Suicune dow n at the reckless forest and try to catch him again. I recommend sav ing before the battle.
