How do you catch Entei?

There's no certain way to find Entei.It's more of a random thing.Once you see it you can go in your pokedex and check out his random,but favorite areas.

For catching entei,you need luck because it can appear randomly in any part of the johto world.or the alternative way is to use master ball to catch if you have one.

Frustrating? I know. I advise you not to chase Entei around. Just walk around and wait for it to come to you.

Well... You just gotta keep looking I guess. Try flying back to the same town over and over again... I dunno... Whatever works for you. ANOTHER SUGGESTION: Using moves such as Mean Look to stop it fleeing won't help, because Entei has roar... Too... I assume you already know... Because I assume you have the other two? Heh. Use super repel, walk in the grass for about 50 steps, then go in a building or cave that's close to there. Then walk back out and walk in the grass again. Repeat this, and soon you'll find him.(Because every time you go in a place, Entei moves some where else.)

Just keep looking around in the grass I found him south from ertike city.

Ok to catch entie you have to have lots of fast balls and lots of super or max repels, and look in your pokedex alot . try going to where your pokedex saids to and if your quick you can catch entei.

The mostly entie can find between lake of rage and ice cave The grassy area surrounded between two small water pounds if you are lucky you can find rikune there just keep moving in that grassy area for time pass you can fight Pokemon that appers to raise your pokemons.rearly you can find entie the grass at starting of city of battel tower if you are lucky.use master ball on entie rather than rikune

Hey it's so easyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Use stantler and put entei to sleep..
I use great pokeballs to catch him but NO.
When I lost hope completely I just used a pokeball (normal one) my hope was 0!!
But to my suprise it was caught. Just put him to sleep. Hes useless at first but train it and teach him some moves!
